This $40.8 million resort development features 125 guest rooms contained in the historic, turn-of-the-century St. Eugene Mission building and connecting lodge building. The hotel boasts 4,000 square feet of meeting space, health club facilities and an on-site full-service casino.
The highlight of the development is the Les Furber designed 18-hole championship golf course, which was ranked in the top three new golf courses in Canada by Golf Digest.
Upholding the traditions and lore of the aboriginal Ktunaxa Kinbasket Tribe, the resort contains several aboriginal amenities, including the Ktunaxa Interpretive Centre, a 24-unit rustic Teepee Camp and a Ktunaxa Arts and Crafts Centre. This was the first such project on Canadian Native Lands for which financing was title insured.
