Mr. Polsinelli has presented extensively to lawyers and lenders on a variety of real estate related issues - including title insurance, title claims and real estate fraud. He has participated in a variety of forums, including Stewart Title’s Lecture Series, and events hosted by the Law Society of Upper Canada (including the 2006 Real Estate Law Summit); the Ontario Bar Association (Institute 2006); and the Canadian Bar Association’s (Nova Scotia) Annual Development Conference (January 2007).
Prior to joining Stewart Title in 2002, Mr. Polsinelli practiced real estate law in the greater Toronto area, focusing on conveyancing, development financing and commercial leasing.
Mr. Polsinelli holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association. He has also completed executive education training including the Executive Program at the Schulich School of Business (York University).
